US Yield Fee Schedule
You pay two fees when you use the Airwallex Capital (US) LLC’s (“Airwallex”) Yield product. The first is a fund-level fee, and the second is an Airwallex management fee.
Fund level fees: The JPMorgan U.S. Government Money Market Fund OGVXX (Capital Share Class) fee is 0.17%, per annum, of the funds in your Airwallex Yield account. A portion of this fee may be rebated to Airwallex. The fund-level fee is automatically reflected in the value of your investment, so you’ll never see it charged to your Airwallex account.
Airwallex Fees - The Airwallex Yield fee will depend on the type of your subscription plan with Airwallex US, LLC, as reflected in the table below. Airwallex fee is accrued daily but only charged once a month.

These fee amount percentages are charged on the total funds in your Airwallex Yield account. You can find the exact dollar amount of fees charged by Airwallex displayed in your monthly statement. If you are not on any subscription plan, the Airwallex fee will be 0.42% of the funds under management in your Airwallex Yield account. Currently, there are no other fees besides the fund fee and Airwallex Yield fee when you use the yield product. The Airwallex Yield fee is accrued daily and deducted once a month from your monthly dividend generated from the fund. The monthly dividend you receive is net of Airwallex fees.
As a hypothetical example, if you invest $1,000 in the JPMorgan U.S. Government Money Market Fund OGVXX (Capital Share Class) for a year and the unit price stays at $1, your total fees would be $5.90. Of this, $1.70 is the fund-level fee taken by the fund manager from the interest earned within the fund, and the Airwallex fee would be $4.20.
