Business Continuity Plan Policy Disclosure Statement 

Airwallex Capital US LLC (“Airwallex Capital”) is a securities broker dealer that is a member of, and is regulated by, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

Airwallex Capital is also a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (“SIPC”), which protects securities customers of its members up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for claims for cash). An explanatory brochure of SIPC coverage is available at www.sipc.org.

Airwallex Capital maintains a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) to protect customers and ensure the continuity of critical operations during significant business disruptions. The plan is updated at least annually and is designed to comply with applicable FINRA Rule 4370 requirements and related SEC, and SIPC requirements. Airwallex Capital’s BCP addresses disruptions of varying scope such as technology interruptions, power outages, cybersecurity incidents, and natural disasters. Key elements of Airwallex Capital’s BCP include remote work, split teams, cross-training, system backups, and vendor adherence to service levels. 

Airwallex Capital  intends to continue business operations and provide customers with account access whenever possible however a severe disruption may cause a longer response period. In the event of a disruption, customer assets are segregated according to applicable regulations, and custody relationships help safeguard access to funds and positions.
