These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern your participation in the Airwallex Card Promotion (‘Promotion') offered, operated and administered solely by Airwallex US, LLC (‘Airwallex’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’). The Promotion applies only to eligible Airwallex commercial cards (each, an ‘Airwallex Card’) issued by Community Federal Savings Bank (‘CFSB’) under your agreements with CFSB (the ‘CFSB Agreements’).

These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the customer agreements between you and us (‘Customer Agreements’) regarding the use of our services and shall be interpreted as such. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Customer Agreements, the CFSB Agreements shall control with respect to the Airwallex Card, and related services, and these Terms shall control only with respect to the Promotion.

Capitalized terms used below shall have the same meaning given to them in the Customer Agreements unless otherwise defined in the Terms. This Promotion is offered, administered and operated solely by Airwallex. CFSB is not a party to these Terms and does not sponsor, promote, or support the Promotion and is in no way responsible for the Promotion or the delivery, calculation, reversal, or funding of any Rewards.

By participating in the Promotion and/or receiving any Rewards, you agree to these Terms.

Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

The Promotion is available to U.S. customers of Airwallex who have been issued an Airwallex Card (‘Eligible Customers’). Airwallex reserves the right to determine which customers are invited to participate in the Promotion.

What is the Promotion?

Eligible Customers may be entitled to receive a cash rebate (the 'Reward') in United States Dollar ('USD') equal to 2.0% of Eligible USD Transactions made during the Promotion Period. The Reward is a rebate against the purchase price of qualifying transactions.

What are Eligible USD Transactions?

'Eligible USD Transaction' means a domestic, online (card not present) USD transaction greater than USD $100 made using the Airwallex Card other than Excluded Transactions. Eligibility is determined by the transaction’s category and amount as reflected in Airwallex’s records.

When is the Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 25 June 2026, 10:00 PST and ends on 31 December 2027, 23:59 PST (both dates inclusive) (the ‘Promotion Period’).

What transactions are excluded?

The following transactions are not eligible (‘Excluded Transactions’).

Cash or cash-like transactions, such as ATM withdrawals, cashbacks, wire transfers, and purchases of gift cards or vouchers;

Card present / in-person transactions;

Gambling transactions, including bookmakers and casinos;

Payments connected to precious goods; commodities, investments, savings or cryptoassets;

Payments to government bodies or tax authorities; and

Payments to financial institutions (like a credit card provider)

Transactions prohibited by the Customer Agreements and/or the Acceptable Use Policy and transactions of similar nature as may be determined by Airwallex in its sole discretion at any time.

Eligible USD Transactions also exclude unposted, canceled, suspended, refunded, unauthorized, chargeback transactions and any other transaction as designated by Airwallex from time to time.

When and how will you receive the Reward?

For an Eligible Customer who has made any Eligible USD Transaction in a calendar month, the relevant Reward will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s Airwallex account on or before the second day of the following calendar month. If that day is not a business day, then the credit will be delivered on the next business day. Any decimal place for Cashback will be rounded up to the nearest cent.

You will not be entitled to the Reward if:

You close your Airwallex account before the Reward has been credited; or

Your Airwallex account is not in good standing, as determined by Airwallex in its sole discretion.

What are some other restrictions you should know?

Unless specified by Airwallex, this Promotion is not available in conjunction with (a) any other offers, discounts, packages or promotions (as may be launched by Airwallex from time to time); and (b) any negotiated cashback, fee discount, or other bespoke or bilateral relationship between you and Airwallex, in those cases you will only receive the benefit of your negotiated or bilateral relationship.

The eligibility of transactions for the purpose of the Promotion is determined by Airwallex in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time. Airwallex shall not be liable to determine the eligibility of any transactions for the Promotion before they are made by the Eligible Customer.

Rewards may be reversed if any Eligible USD Transactions (in full or in part) are subsequently canceled, suspended, frozen or refunded. Airwallex also reserves the right to debit the amount of the Reward from your Airwallex account or wallet maintained with Airwallex without prior notice where any fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct has occurred.

Rewards cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products or services.

Airwallex will not accept any liability if any information submitted by any third-party service providers, network providers, software and applications (including but not limited to Visa) to Airwallex has been delayed, lost, invalid or unidentifiable due to any technical problems of the computers or networks. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You indemnify, defend and hold harmless Airwallex and its affiliates (collectively, the ‘Airwallex Group’) and the Airwallex Group’s officers, directors, employees, advisors, agents, and subcontractors from and against any loss, damage or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with any claims, actions, demands, suits or proceedings made against the Airwallex Group by a third party or suffered by the Airwallex Group in connection with or as a result of your breach of these Terms, failure to comply with applicable law or your use or misuse of the Promotion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Airwallex nor Airwallex Group will be liable to you, or any other person in relation to these Terms (during and after the term of these Terms), whether in contract, negligence, strict liability, tort or other legal or equitable theory, for losses, damages or costs.

Termination and changes

The Promotion expires on 31 December 2027, 23:59 PST, unless otherwise extended, terminated, suspended, canceled, or shortened by Airwallex. Your participation in the Promotion is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time in Airwallex’s sole and absolute discretion. Airwallex reserves the right to prospectively amend these Terms, including the Promotion Period and the Reward, or cancel, suspend or amend this Promotion (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Airwallex shall be final and conclusive.

For the avoidance of doubt, Airwallex reserves the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or cancel offering the Promotion to you if we suspect that you are abusing or using the Promotion in a fraudulent or unlawful manner or for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose or if you are in breach of any of these Terms or the Customer Agreements or any of our terms and conditions you have agreed to with Airwallex. In case of any fraud, abuse, reversal, cancellation or chargeback of transactions in respect of which the relevant Reward is awarded, Airwallex reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the relevant Reward from the Eligible Customer's Airwallex account maintained by Airwallex without prior notice.

You are advised to keep records of the relevant Eligible Transactions. In case of any disputes, Airwallex reserves the right to require the Eligible Customer to provide such records or submit relevant documents or proofs for verification purposes. Submitted documents or proofs will not be returned. The decision of Airwallex regarding the eligibility of relevant transactions shall be final and conclusive.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to Rewards you receive. Airwallex do not provide tax advice, and you should consult your own advisor.

Any personal information that you provide to us will be used in accordance with the Airwallex Services Agreement, and the privacy policies available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms/privacy-policy, as applicable.
