How can I enjoy 1% cash rebate?
You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an ‘Eligible Customer’ if all of the following requirements are satisfied during the Promotion Period:
you are a selected Airwallex customer which have received an invitation directly from Airwallex (‘Invitation Link’) to participate in the Promotion;
you have enrolled in the Promotion through the Invitation Link; and
you have received an email confirmation from Airwallex that you have successfully enrolled in the Promotion.
Eligible Customers are entitled to receive a cash rebate ('Cashback') in United States Dollar ('USD') equal to:
one (1) percent of the amount of Eligible HKD Transactions; and
one (1) percent of the amount of Eligible Non-HKD Transactions.

Where can I provide my Asia Miles number?
You will receive an email from us to collect your Asia Miles number upon successful account opening. Please fill in the form with your Asia Miles number and the email address you used for Airwallex account registration for the verification.
When will I receive the Asia Miles reward?
You should fulfil the Welcome Award Requirement and submit the Redemption Form to us on or before 30 April 2025 order to enjoy the Welcome Award. After receiving the Redemption Form from you, we will credit the relevant Asia Miles awarded under the Promotion to your Asia Miles account provided in the Redemption Form by 31 May 2025.
