How can I enjoy Airwallex for Startups offers?
New customers will need to sign up for an Airwallex account by 31 Dec 2024 on this page. You will receive an enrolment form by email after account activation. Simply follow the instructions to enrol and redeem our exclusive partner offers. T&Cs apply.
How does the Borderless Card cash rebate work?
Spend with your Airwallex Borderless Cards and earn 1% cash rebate on overseas and local spend for 90 days after account is activated. You will receive both rebates by the end of next calendar month. You will receive two enrolment links by email after account activation. Simply follow the instructions to enrol. T&Cs apply.
How does the Expense Management offer work?
To enjoy the Expense Management discount, you would have to first create at least one Employee card and activate Airwallex Expenses on the Webapp.
If you sign up for Airwallex Expenses in a certain month, you will be eligible for a fee rebate for the rest of that month plus the next five full months. The fee rebate will be credited to your account in USD in the next calendar month six times.
How does the Payment Acceptance offer work?
To enjoy the Payment Acceptance discount, you would have to activate Payment Acceptance and enrol into the offer through an enrolment link sent to you by email after account activation. The payment gateway fees from the first HK$50,000 transaction (or equivalent) will be waived each month, for the first 6 months.
I have submitted the required documents, how long will it take for me to obtain the verification results?
It will usually take 1-3 working days. Be sure to keep an eye on your email, as our onboarding team may reach out to you for more supporting documents.
I am an existing user of Airwallex, am I eligible for the Airwallex for Startups offers?
The Airwallex for Startups programme is only applicable to new users. However, existing users can always enjoy other rewards! Simply go on to the Airwallex Webapp > Rewards > Partner perks to browse the latest rewards.
