New at Airwallex: September Edition

We’ve taken a step forward in September to make finance more intelligent, connected, and ready to scale. This month, we’re introducing T:0, an AI-native accounting tool that turns real-time financial data into books you can trust.
We've also made upgrades across the rest of the platform, with new ways to offer flexible payment options, speed up invoicing, and manage card spend across currencies.
Here’s what’s new in September:

Introducing T:0
This month, we launched T:0, an AI-native accounting platform that automates bookkeeping end-to-end, tailors accounting around your business profile, and builds custom reports from your real-time financials. AI interprets the business while deterministic accounting rules govern the ledger. The result is books you can trust and run the business on, without the manual work.
- Automatically categorise and reconcile transactions, connect finance workflows, and enable plain-language rule adjustments and automated book migration.
- Ingest your business profile and build the accounting foundation that matches your needs, from custom charts and classification rules to revenue recognition and context-aware reporting.
- Get a live view of revenue, cash, burn, and runway, and build advanced custom reports on real-time data, including line-item historic performance.

Payments
Offer Affirm's flexible payment options at checkout to US shoppers
Affirm is now available on Airwallex Payments. Merchants in 35 countries can offer Affirm’s transparent pay-over-time options to eligible US shoppers, without an additional integration. Add Affirm to your checkout with one click via our Shopify Plugin, Hosted Payments Page, Mobile SDK, and more. Learn more here.

Billing
Early accessIssue compliant e-invoices in France
Eligible businesses in France can issue structured e-invoices straight from Airwallex Billing. Invoices and credit notes are submitted automatically through the relevant e-invoicing network, with e-invoicing status tracked separately from an invoice’s financial status, so compliance never keeps you from getting paid.

Collect invoices and subscription payments with Direct Debit
Airwallex Billing now supports Direct Debit (ACH, SEPA, Bacs, and EFT). Your customers can authorise a bank mandate at Billing checkout or on a digital invoice, then you can reuse it for one-off invoices and subscriptions. This provides your customers with more ways to pay, while making it easier for you to collect payments.

Spend
Early accessReceive vendor e-invoices in France
Businesses in France can now receive structured vendor e-invoices directly in Bill Pay. Connect to your e-invoicing portal and drafts are fetched automatically, following the same review process as manually uploaded invoices. This gives accounts payable teams a way to cut manual data entry without changing their review process.
Platform APIs and Embedded Finance
Transfer funds directly to PayPal wallets
You can now send payouts directly to a PayPal Wallet via API, giving recipients a familiar, flexible way to receive funds through a payment method they already know and trust. This makes it easier to deliver payouts quickly and conveniently while giving recipients more choice in how they access their funds. Learn more here.
Set card spend limits in 85+ currencies
Platform customers can set card spend limits in the same currency as their transactions, across 85+ currencies. This enables platforms to issue cards to globally distributed cardholders while setting limits in the most relevant local or operating currency, reducing false declines caused by FX fluctuations.
