When paying to an email address or phone number that isn't registered with PayPal, the payout will remain unclaimed and the recipient will receive an email or SMS with a link to sign up for a PayPal account. If the recipient does not claim this payout within 30 days, the payout will be cancelled and we will refund the transfer amount (less transfer fees and any applicable third party fees) to your Wallet.
