Our new agentic Business Accounts experience gives you more centralised control across your registered business entities and accounts. We've also shipped updates that help you capture sales from AI agents with the Agentic Commerce Suite, manage usage-based billing with multi-dimensional pricing, and build more tailored expense workflows with flexible submission forms.

Payments

Early access

Sell through AI agents with the Agentic Commerce Suite

Capture demand from AI agents with Airwallex’s Agentic Commerce Suite. Upload your catalogue to make your products discoverable, accept agent-led payments, and manage disputes through a single integration. Airwallex Payments merchants globally can now get early access and turn agent-led shopping into sales. Learn more here.

Early access

Improve checkout experience with Google Pay direct checkout

Be among the first to offer Google Pay direct checkout – Airwallex is one of the first payments providers enabling this new checkout experience. Shoppers can select their preferred card in their Google Wallet and complete payment without opening a separate pop-up. Give shoppers a faster, more seamless checkout experience that can help improve your success rates. Learn more here.

Accept Cartes Bancaires card payments

Accept one-off and recurring Cartes Bancaires card payments to convert more shoppers in France. Cartes Bancaires is France's most widely used card payment method, accounting for 65% of everyday card purchases. Available for merchants in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, with Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, and more coming soon. Learn more here.

Additional Releases

  • Accept MB WAY payments: You can now offer MB Way as a payment method for online shoppers in Portugal. MB Way is Portugal’s leading mobile wallet, with over 3.5 million users and support from 28 banks. Add MB Way to your checkout via Hosted Payment Page, Drop-in Element, APIs, Plugins, and more. Learn more here.

Billing

Set prices across multiple dimensions with a single rate card

Merchants can now charge different rates for usage-based products across multiple dimensions, such as pricing AI token usage by model and token type from a single meter and rate card. Ordered pricing rules, wildcards, and rate card versioning help merchants manage complex pricing at scale and evolve pricing without impacting existing subscriptions. This makes it easier to keep pricing aligned as your product and usage models evolve. Learn more here.

Business Accounts

Send MYR transfers with more local payment options

Businesses can send Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) local transfers in Malaysia using DuitNow ID or RENTAS, alongside the existing DuitNow bank-account route. Use a familiar DuitNow ID, such as a bank account number, business registration number, phone number, or passport number for instant transfers, or choose RENTAS for transfers of up to MYR 200 million. This gives you more flexibility to choose the transfer method that best fits each payment. Learn more here.

Australia AUD local payouts support NPP transfers over $10M AUD

You can now make local AUD payouts with higher transfer limits of over $10M AUD via the New Payments Platform (NPP) and Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS), with payer name displayed for customers in all regions. You’ll continue creating AUD local transfers as usual in the WebApp, while Airwallex manages routing across providers in the background, giving you greater continuity for payouts to Australia. Learn more here.

Additional Releases

  • Use the Airwallex WebApp and mobile app in Vietnamese: Choose Vietnamese from the language settings in the WebApp or your mobile app. This gives your team a more localised experience and makes it easier to use Airwallex as you grow across Vietnam. Learn more here.

Spend

Build flexible expense submission forms

Customise your expense submission requirements with conditional logic, allowing you to tailor which fields are shown, required, or optional based on specific expense details, such as requiring attendees for meal expenses. This gives you granular control over the data collected, ensuring employees only see the fields relevant to each expense.

Claim mileage reimbursements

Employees who drive for work can claim back mileage reimbursements in the Airwallex mobile app. Simply enter trip details and distance and the reimbursement amount is calculated automatically. Admins can use standard, government-vetted rates, or set up custom rates depending on their company’s mileage policy. Mileage claims follow the same expense review and approval workflow as other reimbursements, giving employees a simpler way to recover work-related travel costs while helping finance teams track mileage spend.

Additional Releases

  • Separate accounting fields by product: Admins can designate which accounting fields can be used in each Spend product. For example, you can limit the categories employees need to select from when filing expenses or specify certain GL Codes to be used in Bill Pay and Purchase Orders only.

  • Greater control over approvals: Advanced approval rules let you share a primary condition while routing requests to different approvers based on sub-conditions. You can also dynamically designate PO owners and Vendor owners as approvers.

Platform APIs and Embedded Finance

Improved Platform Liquidity Programs

Platforms can now benefit from multi-currency support and the ability to manage multiple liquidity pools per platform, offering greater control and flexibility. Additionally, you can set granular spending limits on a per-connected-account basis. Learn more here.
