1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the “Demo Offer” Campaign ("Campaign") offered by the applicable Airwallex Group entity as set out in the Regional Schedule, as may be updated from time to time ("Airwallex", "we", "us", or "our") to you ("Participant", "you"). 

2. Campaign Details

2.1 To participate in the Campaign, you must activate it through a unique trackable link shared by us to you via email invitation, promotional placement, or such other manner we may determine from time to time ("Invitation"). 

2.2 To qualify for the Campaign Reward (as defined below), a Participant must satisfy all conditions, including the eligibility criteria, within the timeframe specified in the Invitation (“Eligible Participant”). See Section 3 on “General Eligibility Criteria” below.

2.3 The Eligible Participant will be entitled to the reward specified in the Invitation ("Campaign Reward"). See Section 4 on “Campaign Reward” and Section 5 on “Reward Conditions” below. 

2.4 The full details of the Campaign, including the campaign period, the eligibility criteria and the Campaign Reward, will be provided to you through the Invitation.

2.5 Airwallex reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign on notice to you or by posting a revised version of these Terms.

2.6 Eligible Participants must schedule the Demo with Airwallex within 24 hours of receipt of the Invitation in order to receive the Campaign Reward.

3. General Eligibility Criteria

3.1 General Eligibility:

• You have completed the “Demo Offer" Campaign form (“Campaign Form”) as described in the Invitation during the time period described therein (“Campaign Period”);

• Participant is selected by Airwallex after submission of the Campaign Form based on Airwallex’s review of the Campaign form, and its sole discretion;

• Participant must have its headquarters in one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Israel, The Netherlands, Franceor Hong Kong;

• Timebound: Offer valid until 11:59 PM EDT March 17, 2026 after the campaign goes live

3.2 You have completed a demo with an Airwallex Sales Representative (“Demo”).  

3.3 The Demo was attended by a representative (“Authorized Representative”) of the Participant either (a) with the authority to legally bind the Participant, including opening an Airwallex account and otherwise engaging the services demonstrated by the Demo or (b) is a verifiable business decision-maker or influencer—including (but not limited to) owners, founders, administrators, controllers, C-level executives, VPs/Directors/Managers, and other senior roles that can implement or recommend the Airwallex products and services demonstrated by the Demo.

3.4 Receipt of the Campaign Reward by Participant or its Authorized Representative does not violate any policy or procedure of the Participant or applicable law. 

3.5 Participant is not a government agency or other public institution, and its Authorized Representative (or other recipient of the Campaign Reward) is not a public official or otherwise affiliated with a government agency or public institution.

3.5 You are (or agree to be) in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. 

3.6 You have received written confirmation from Airwallex that you meet all the conditions and requirements set out herein and in the Invitation.

3.7 The global and regional coverage of the Campaign will be determined by Airwallex at its sole discretion and may vary by market or jurisdiction.

3.8 You must meet any additional criteria specified in the Invitation.

3.9 Airwallex retains the right to accept or reject a Participant at its sole discretion.

4. Campaign Reward

4.1 The Eligible Participant is entitled to receive the Campaign Reward specified in the Invitation. 

4.2 The Campaign Reward will be emailed to the email address of the Authorized Representative provided by the Participant on the Campaign Form or otherwise collected by Airwallex from the Participant.

4.3 The Campaign Reward is issued by Tango, a division of Blackhawk Network (“Tango”), and is subject to Tango’s terms and conditions or otherwise provided by Tango to you. Tango is not a sponsor of this Campaign.

4.4 Limitations: The Campaign Reward is non-transferable, and is limited to one per Eligible Participant and one per Organization. Multiple associated entities operating under a single Organization, shall not be eligible for multiple Campaign Rewards.

5. Reward Conditions

5.1 Prohibited Uses. You may only participate in the Campaign in good faith and for legitimate purposes. You may not:

• Create more than one account for yourself in order to claim multiple Campaign Rewards; or

• Share the unique trackable invite link in the Invitation with another person.

5.2 Airwallex reserves the right to withhold the Campaign Reward in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the Campaign, or any breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptance

By participating in this Campaign, you: 

1. acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Participation in the Campaign constitutes your acceptance of these terms. 

2. you represent and warrant that receipt of the Campaign Reward by Participant or its Authorized Representative does not violate any policy or procedure of the Participant or applicable law.  

If you do not agree to the forgoing, you must not participate in the Campaign. 

7. Exclusivity

This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, packages, or promotions unless specified by Airwallex in writing.

8. Rights Reserved

Airwallex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign as it deems necessary.

9. Use of Personal Information

Any personal information provided to Airwallex in connection with this Campaign will be used in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy (see Regional Schedule, as may be updated from time to time) and applicable laws.

10. Transferability

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 

11. No Third-party Rights

These Terms create rights and obligations only between the Participant and Airwallex. No person other than the Participant and Airwallex will have any right under the Terms or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified for your Customer Location in the Regional Schedule, as may be updated from time to time.

13. Indemnification

The Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Airwallex, each other member of the Airwallex Group and their respective officers, directors, employees, advisors, agents and subcontractors (“Indemnified Persons”) from and against any loss, damage or expense (including attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with any claims, actions, demands, suits or proceedings made against any Indemnified Person by a third party or suffered by any Indemnified Person  in connection with or as a result of the Participant’s breach of these Terms or failure to comply with applicable law or the Participant’s use or misuse of the Campaign.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Airwallex nor any of its Affiliates will be liable to you, your Affiliates or any other person in relation to these Terms (during and after the term of these Terms), whether in contract, negligence, strict liability, tort or other legal or equitable theory, for losses, damages or costs.

15. Conflict Resolution

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other agreement between You and Us, these Terms shall prevail.
