Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Airwallex Fund-In Campaign (the "Promotion") offered by the applicable Airwallex Group entity as set out in the Regional Schedule, as may be updated from time to time ("Airwallex," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Customer Agreements between you ("Participant") and us ("Customer Agreements") regarding the use of our services ("Services") and shall be interpreted as such. Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Customer Agreements.

1) What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions which apply to your participation in the abovenamed promotion which is further described below (the “Agreement”).

2) Eligibility criteria. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if the following conditions are satisfied (“Eligible Customer”):

• be an existing Customer of Airwallex;

• you are an entity incorporated in a jurisdiction where Airwallex has made the Promotion available;

• have less than USD$1,000 in your Airwallex account as of the starting date of the Promotion Period; 

• You have received an invitation directly from Airwallex (“Invitation”) to participate in the Promotion; and

• you have enrolled in the Promotion on the Airwallex Webapp through the Invitation on or before the end of the Promotion Period.

3) What is the Promotion Period? You may enroll in the Promotion during the applicable promotion period as set out below (in each case, as may be modified, extended or shortened by Airwallex from time to time) (“Promotion Period”):

• For Participants located in China, beginning on 7 July 2026, 00:00 SGT, and ending on 14 August 2026, 23:59 SGT; and

• For all other Participants, beginning on 9 June 2026, 00:00 SGT, and ending on 21 August 2026, 23:59 SGT.

4) What is the promotional offer? A USD$150 cash credit (the “Reward”) to Participant’s Airwallex account if you: 

(a) add at least USD$1000 via Eligible Transactions to your Airwallex account in the 30 days following your enrollment (the “Eligibility Period”); 

(b) maintain a daily average balance of at least USD$200 during the Eligibility Period; and

(c) Do at least one of the following during the Eligibility Period: (i) pay a bill or another party with your Airwallex account; (ii) issue an Airwallex card; (iii) convert one currency in your Airwallex account to another; and (iv) any other activity that Airwallex may determine in its sole discretion.

The Reward will be credited to your account following the end of the Eligibility Period.

5) What are Eligible Transactions? 

• Self funding through a Global Account;

• Direct debit of a linked bank account that you own; and

• Payment processing for bonafide goods or services.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Eligible Transactions excludes:

• Cash or cash-like transactions, like ATM withdrawals, or cashbacks and purchases of gift vouchers;

• Balance transfers;

• Gambling transactions, including bookmakers and casinos;

• Payments connected to commodities, investments, savings or cryptoassets;

• Payments to government bodies or tax authorities; and

• Payments to financial institutions (like a credit card provider)

6) Your acceptance and agreement. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by this Agreement by receiving any Reward pursuant to the Promotion.

7) General Terms

1. Indemnification: Eligible Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Airwallex group and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, agents, and subcontractors from and against any loss, damage or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with any claims, actions, demands, suits or proceedings made against the Airwallex group by a third party or suffered by the Airwallex group in connection with or as a result of the Eligible Participants’ breach of these Terms, failure to comply with applicable law or the Eligible Participants’ use or misuse of the Promotion.

2. Airwallex will not accept any liability if any information submitted by any third party service providers, network providers, software and applications (including but not limited to Visa) to Airwallex has been delayed, lost, invalid or unidentifiable due to any technical problems of the computers or networks. 3. The Reward is limited to one per Eligible Participant and one per Organization or GEM. Multiple associated entities operating under a single Organization or GEM, shall not be eligible for multiple Campaign Rewards.

4. The eligibility of transactions for the purpose of the Promotion is determined by Airwallex in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time. Airwallex shall not be liable to determine the eligibility of any transactions for the Promotion before they are made by the Eligible Customer.

5. You may not use any other promotions, discounts or offers from us in conjunction with the Promotion, unless specified by Airwallex.

6. Eligible Transactions exclude transactions including but not limited to those expressly prohibited under and not supported by our Services pursuant to the Customer Agreements and/or the Acceptable Use Policy and transactions of similar nature. Eligible Transactions also exclude unposted, cancelled, suspended, refunded, unauthorized, charge back transactions and any other transaction as designated by Airwallex from time to time.

7. Cash credits may be reversed if any Eligible Transactions (in full or in part) are subsequently cancelled, suspended, frozen or refunded. Airwallex also reserves the right to debit the Cash credits from your account without prior notice where any fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct has occurred.

8. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

9. This Agreement will automatically terminate if your customer agreement with Airwallex is terminated for any reason.

10. Any personal information you provide to us in connection with the Promotion will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy set out in the Regional Schedule.

11. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement to another entity by posting such an event on this webpage (if this happens).

12. You may only assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to another entity if we agree in writing.

13. Cash credits cannot be exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products or services.

14. This Agreement is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of its terms.

15. The Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to settle any dispute arising out of, relating to or having any connection with these Terms, and any dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it
