FEE SCHEDULE
The below table sets out the fees that Airwallex will charge to you for Airwallex’s services (“Airwallex Fees”). Airwallex may rebate a proportion of the fees it charges you to Paystand Inc. (Paystand) for its role in making Airwallex services available to you.
Paystand may charge you its own fees for making Airwallex services available to you (“Paystand Fees”) additionally to the Airwallex Fees, or it may charge you a consolidated fee with the applicable Airwallex Fee included.
We do not control, and are not responsible for, fees charged by Paystand, which should be made available to you in the commercial agreement between you and Paystand. In the event of any queries about these fees, you must contact Paystand.
You authorize the deduction of the Airwallex Fees and/or Paystand Fees plus any applicable tax from the funds in your Wallet, and direct Airwallex to pay such relevant amounts to itself and/or Paystand (as appropriate).

| * The mark-up / margin will be included as the FX Exchange Rate that is used to convert one currency for another currency. If any currency is not listed, it will be treated as an “other currency”. Buy and Sell Same Rate: The rate for “buy” transactions will be the same as for “sell” transactions. More than One Currency Group: Where FX Conversions involve currencies from more than one of the above Currency Groups, Airwallex applies the Applicable Fee from the highest Currency Group. For example, if Customer instructs Airwallex to undertake a FX Conversion transaction in which the base currency is AUD (Currency Group 1) and the counter/quote currency is PHP (Currency Group 2), then the Applicable Fee will be calculated using the percentages for Currency Group 2. | |

| In connection with refunds and chargebacks, the FX Conversion Fee may be charged twice: first, as applicable to the original transaction; and second, to unwind the original transaction to process the refund or chargeback. The Network may charge additional fees for refunds, and such fees shall be passed on to you, as applicable. | |

Interchange++ (IC++) pricing is the method used by Airwallex to capture in a single fee the following three fees: - The scheme fees charged by the relevant Network (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) for the transaction; - The interchange fees charged by the card issuer for bearing the risk of fraud and managing the card program; and - The Airwallex fee calculated by reference to this table. | |
