SG SUPPLEMENT

The provisions of this SG Supplement apply to the SG Parties.

1.1 Any use of the defined term “Global Account” in the Payments Terms is replaced with the defined term “Airwallex Balance”.

1.2 “Airwallex Balance” means “the unique account ledger registered under the Customer’s name and which records the amount of funds collected from the Customer’s Buyers by Airwallex for the Customer as part of the Payment Processing Service”.

1.3 The Local Payment Provider of Airwallex Pay shall be the Airwallex Group. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) Airwallex may disclose Transaction Data, Merchant data, personal information and other information about the Merchant, or Personal Data to Airwallex Group Companies and their affiliates, agents, subcontractors and employees.

(b) Airwallex Group Companies and their affiliates, agents, subcontractors and employees may use such information to perform their obligations under a relevant agreement with Airwallec or the Customer to operate and promote Airwallex Pay, perform analytics and create reports, and for any other lawful business purpose.

1.4 “Airwallex Pay” in this context means the Local Payment Method or Local Payment Network operated by the Airwallex Group.
