Hong Kong Yield Fee Schedule

Applicable Yield Fee Schedule starting November 14, 2025

You pay two fees when you use the Airwallex Capital Hong Kong Limited (Airwallex) yield product. The first is a fund-level fee, and the second is an Airwallex Yield fee for management of the account. The combined total of these two fees will be a maximum of 0.5% of the net assets under management in the customer's Airwallex Yield account, of which the maximum Airwallex Yield fee is 0.4% and the maximum fund-level fee is 0.1%. 

The fund-level fee is deducted from your account on a daily basis, meaning that it is automatically reflected in your Yield balance, and you won't see it directly charged to your account. 

The Airwallex management fee is charged to your account by selling units in your account at the end of each month, and deducting the proceeds. Please note that it takes several days at the end of each month and the beginning of the following month to process the Airwallex Yield fee. 

The amount of the Airwallex Yield fee will depend on the type of your subscription plan with Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited, as reflected in the table below. If you are not on any subscription plan, the Airwallex fee will be 0.4% of the funds under management in your Airwallex Yield account. The amount of this fee may be negotiable in certain circumstances. The exact amount of fees charged by Airwallex will be displayed in your monthly statement.

For example, if you are a Hong Kong customer in the Explore and you hold 1000 USD$ for a year and the fees stay the same throughout the year, you will pay a total fee of $5, $4 of which will go to Airwallex and $1 of which will go to the fund issuer(s).

2025年11月14號起適用的收費表

閣下使用Airwallex Capital Hong Kong Limited（Airwallex）Yield 產品時需要支付兩項費用。第一項是基金層級費用，第二項是Airwallex為賬戶管理而收取的 Yield 費用。這兩項費用的總和至高為客戶於 Airwallex Yield 賬戶所管理資產淨值的0.5%，其中Airwallex Yield費用至高為0.4%，基金層級費用至高為0.1%。

基金層級費用將每日於閣下的賬戶中扣除，亦即該費用會自動體現在閣下的Yield餘額中，閣下不會直接看到費用被收取。

Airwallex 管理費會於每月月底透過出售閣下賬戶內的基金單位並扣除相應所得來收取。請注意，Airwallex Yield費用的處理一般需時數天，於每月月底及翌月月初进行。

Airwallex Yield 費用金額將視乎閣下於Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited的訂閱計劃種類而定，詳見下表。若閣下並無任何訂閱計劃，則 Airwallex 費用為按閣下於 Airwallex Yield 賬戶管理資金的 0.4% 計算。在某些情況下，該等費用金額是可以協商的。Airwallex 所收取費用的具體金額將顯示在您的月底帳單中。

舉例而言，如果閣下是香港客戶且訂閱了Explore計劃，在一年內持有1000美元，且向閣下收取的費用全年保持不變，則閣下將支付的費用總額為5美元，其中4美元將支付給Airwallex，1美元將支付給基金發行人。
