Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the EasyCompanies AU Referral Bonus Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Airwallex Pty Ltd AFSL 487221 ("Airwallex," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Customer Agreements between you ("Participant") and us ("Customer Agreements") regarding the use of our services ("Services") and shall be interpreted as such. Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Customer Agreements.

1. Promoter Details

Airwallex Pty Ltd ABN 37 609 653 312, located at Level 7, 15 William Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia, is the promoter of this Promotion.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion ("Eligible Customer"), you must, during the Promotion Period:

• have signed up as a new Customer of Airwallex using a referral link provided by EasyCompanies on or after 9 May 2025;

• be a new Customer of Airwallex (i.e. not previously registered for or held an Airwallex account);

• have completed onboarding with Airwallex, including satisfying all know-your-customer and compliance checks required under our standard onboarding procedures; and

• have made an initial deposit of greater than $0.01 AUD into your Airwallex account.

Airwallex reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility under these Terms.

3. Promotion Details

Eligible Customers will receive a one-off bonus of $50 AUD, which will be credited to their Airwallex account after the successful completion of all eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 2.

The bonus will be credited within 30 days of meeting the criteria but may be delayed where further verification is required.

4. Promotion Period and Expiration

The Promotion commences on 9 May 2025 at 00:00 AEST and continues until withdrawn or amended by Airwallex at any time in its sole discretion.

Airwallex reserves the right to extend, shorten, cancel, or otherwise modify the Promotion or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

5. Fees

Unless otherwise agreed with you in writing, our standard fees, as outlined in our Fee Schedule, will apply.

6. Cost of Participation

There is no cost to participate in this Promotion.

7. Exclusivity

This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, packages, or promotions unless expressly stated by Airwallex.

8. Rights Reserved

Airwallex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Promotion is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time at Airwallex's absolute discretion.

We may withhold or cancel the bonus if we reasonably suspect that you are abusing or misusing the Promotion, acting fraudulently or in breach of these Terms or any Customer Agreement.

9. Transferability

You may not transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

10. No Third-party Rights

These Terms create rights and obligations only between you and Airwallex. No third party will have any rights to enforce or benefit from these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

12. Use of Personal Information

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Indemnification

Eligible Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Airwallex group and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, agents, and subcontractors from and against any loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with any breach of these Terms, applicable law, or misuse of the Promotion.

14. Conflict Resolution

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Customer Agreements, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
