This is an agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and the respective Airwallex entity as set out in Table 2 below (“Airwallex”, “we” or “us”, and together with Customer, the “Parties”). We may modify this agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by otherwise communicating such amendments to you. Any modification to this agreement will become effective upon posting or notice to you. You will be deemed to have accepted the modification if you continue to use the services after the amended agreement has been posted.

This agreement has two types of terms:

• Terms and policies applicable to all Customers in Table 1 below; and

• Terms and policies applicable based on the place of registration of your business in Table 2 below
