Xero Connected Account Agreement

Welcome and thank you for using Airwallex!

This is an agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and the respective Airwallex entity as set out in Table 2 below (“Airwallex”, “we” or “us”, and together with Customer, the “Parties”).

This agreement has two types of terms:

  • Terms and policies applicable to all Customers in Table 1 below; and 

  • Terms and policies applicable based on the place of registration of your business in Table 2 below
