Who is eligible to take part?
The offer is for businesses, headquartered in an eligible market, that complete a live demo with an Airwallex Sales Representative. Participants must not be a government agency or other public institution, and their Authorized Representative (or other recipient of the Campaign Reward) must not be a public official or otherwise affiliated with a government agency or public institution. Eligibility is also subject to fraud, risk and policy checks, and final selection is at Airwallex’s discretion. Participants must use a valid business email address to register for the campaign. Which markets are included?
The campaign is open to businesses headquartered in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Israel, the Netherlands, France and Hong Kong.
How does the Tango gift card work?
You will receive a unique gift redemption link upon completion of the demo with an Airwallex Sales Representative and satisfying the eligibility criteria above. Clicking the link opens a secure web portal displaying your available balance (US$100 or local currency equivalent) at the top. You can browse a "menu" of brands like Amazon, Starbucks, Adidas etc. You can spend the entire balance on one brand or split it between multiple different retailers. Once you make your selection you will get a final digital claim code that you can use just like any other gift card at that merchant’s website or physical store. Tango rewards cannot be exchanged for physical cash.
Can existing Airwallex customers join this offer?
No. This offer is only available to businesses that do not already have an active Airwallex account.
Is the gift card guaranteed if I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form does not guarantee the gift card. Only eligible applicants selected by Airwallex will receive the Tango gift card. For more details about the eligibility criteria, please refer to the terms & conditions.
Is there a cap on the number of gift cards my company can receive?
Each eligible business can receive a maximum of one gift card, even if multiple people from the same organisation register or attend a demo. The first eligible applicant will receive the US$100 Tango gift card.
When and how will I receive the Tango gift card?
If you are confirmed as an eligible participant, you will be notified via email with details on how to redeem the US$100 Tango gift card after the completion of the demo with an Airwallex Sales Representative.
Can this be combined with other Airwallex offers?
No. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, packages or promotions unless we state otherwise in writing.
Are there any tax or company-policy considerations?
You are responsible for making sure that accepting the offer does not breach your organisation’s internal policies or any applicable laws, including tax requirements. Airwallex may withhold or cancel the offer if doing so would breach these requirements
