Airi works across all participating Airwallex merchants, shoppers only need to create their Airi account once. When they visit your checkout – or any other merchant that has enabled Airi – they can pay with one click using their saved details, giving you access to a growing base of Airi shoppers who convert faster and are less likely to abandon their cart at checkout.

How it works
First-time shoppers
- Shopper enters their email address and mobile number. Shopper verifies their mobile number with an SMS/email one-time password (OTP).
- Shopper enters their card details, and the payment method is automatically saved in their new Airi account.
- Payment is processed and the payment method is securely saved for one-click use on future purchases.
Returning shoppers
Airi automatically detects if a customer is enrolled by using a browser cookie.
- Shopper clicks on "Pay".
- One-click Airi payment is completed.
Customer portal
Shoppers can manage their saved payment methods through the Airi Customer Portal :
- Add, update, or delete saved cards
- Set a default payment method
- Manage account settings (Name, email, mobile number, signed-in devices)
- Get help
- Delete account
- View login sessions
