Handle Transaction Request for Information (RFI)
Airwallex conducts a risk assessment for each transaction to ensure that our teams have a strong understanding of your business model and account usage as well as to protect both you and the Airwallex ecosystem from financial crime.
Sometimes, additional information is needed to properly assess the risk associated with the transaction. This is commonly a request for supporting documents relating to the transaction itself such as invoices or contracts to support the underlying fund movement or other supporting information to help us understand the related context of the transaction.
Airwallex provides multiple integration options to handle additional information requests for transactions. Note that these options are not mutually exclusive but we recommend building a unified RFI experience.
