Offer terms and conditions:

1) What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions which apply to your participation in the above named promotion which is further described below (the Promotion) (the Agreement).

2) Who are we. We are Airwallex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. Our registered office is at Grace Global Raffles, 137 Market Street, #03-01, Singapore 048943. In this Agreement, Airwallex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is referred to as “we", "our", "us" and "Airwallex”.

3) Eligibility criteria. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if the following conditions are satisfied:

a) You are one of the first 50 participants to have enrolled through the [dedicated campaign page] for the Promotion during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

b) you have signed up as a new customer of Airwallex and you have been onboarded by Airwallex following the satisfaction of all requirements from Airwallex (including the onboarding Know Your Customer (KYC) requests) during the Promotion Period. If you are successful, you will receive an email from us confirming that your Airwallex Account has been activated and is ready to be used (“Email Confirmation”); and

c) You are not an existing customer of Airwallex or an existing customer of any affiliate of Airwallex. If a related party of an approved applicant signs up for an Airwallex Account, Airwallex reserves the right to offer the Promotion to only one of the approved applicants at Airwallex’s discretion.

4) What is the Promotion Period? This Promotion commences on 1 September 2025, 10:00 SGT, and ends on 31 December 2025, 23:59 SGT, unless extended or shortened by Airwallex.

5) What is the promotional offer? Get SGD$100 cashback when you make SGD$20,000 in FX transfers using your Airwallex Account (“FX Promotional Limit”).

6) How will Airwallex calculate the FX Promotional Limit? Airwallex will calculate the FX Promotional Limit by reference to the currency sold to Airwallex. For example, if an approved customer converts USD to GBP, Airwallex will calculate the SGD equivalent amount of the USD, where the USD is the currency sold to Airwallex in this example. Airwallex may include refunds, reversals, cancellations, mistaken payments and other similar transactions in the calculation of the limit.

6) When will you receive the Cashback? Cashback of SGD$100 will be credited directly into your Airwallex account in the following the month of completion of the Promotion criteria. If you close your Airwallex account, we will be unable to pay your Cashback. Your Airwallex account must be in good standing to receive your Cashback.

7) Expiry of fee waiver offer. Once the one-month period after the date of Email Confirmation expires, or you reach the FX Promotional Limit (whichever event occurs first), you will be charged our standard rates.

8) Your acceptance and agreement. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by this Agreement from the earlier of:

a) the date on which your confirm to us in writing of your acceptance; or

b) the date of the Email Confirmation.

9. You may not use any other promotions, discounts or offers from us in conjunction with the Promotion, unless specified by Airwallex.

10. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

11. This Agreement will automatically terminate if your customer agreement with Airwallex is terminated for any reason.

12. Any personal information you provide to us in connection with the Promotion will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.airwallex.com/terms/privacy-policy.

13. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement to another entity by posting such event on this webpage (if this happens).

14. You may only assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to another entity if we agree in writing.

15. This Agreement is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of its terms.

16. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singaporean courts over any dispute, controversy or claim (including non-contractual claims) arising under or in connection with the Agreement.
