1. Promotion Period

1.1 The Airwallex “AI Campaign 2026” Welcome Offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 28 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Promotion is only available to new business customers in Hong Kong who:

• you are an entity incorporated in Hong Kong, is a new customer of Airwallex onboarded in Hong Kong and have not used any Airwallex’s services prior to the Promotion;
• you are a selected Airwallex customer which have received an invitation directly from Airwallex (‘Invitation Link’) to participate in the Promotion (as defined below);

3. The Welcome Offer (Total Value up to HK$68,888)

The "Up to HK$68,888 Welcome Offer" represents the total estimated maximum value of the following benefits for the Promotion over the first 90 days of account activation:

3.1 International Business Transfer Fee Waiver

• Eligible Customers will receive a waiver for up to 300 international transfers (the “Fee Waiver”) within the first 90 days of account approval.
• The Fee Waiver applies only to transfers made via Local Payment Methods (LPM). Transfers made via the SWIFT network are excluded from this specific waiver unless otherwise stated.
• Any transfers exceeding the 300-count limit within the 90-day period will be charged at standard rates.

3.2 1.95% Cross-Border Transaction Fee Waiver with Airwallex Borderless Card

• Airwallex will waive the *1.95% foreign transaction fee usually applied to cross-border card payments for the first 90 days.
• This applies to all payments made using the Airwallex Borderless Card for global advertising (e.g., Meta, Google), cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and SaaS subscriptions.

*This rate is sent by banks for applicable transfers, so the actual rate may vary.

3.3 Unlimited 1% Cash Rebate

• Eligible Customers are entitled to an unlimited 1% cash rebate on all qualifying card spend.
• This benefit is governed by the Standard 1% Cash Rebate Terms and Conditions.

3.4 Global Business Travel Perks on Klook

• Enjoy 50% off Airport Express, and 20% off global airport transfers on Klook when paying with Airwallex Borderless Card.

4. Calculation of Offer Value

4.1 The advertised value of Up to HK$68,888 is a strategic estimate based on fee savings from 300 International Transfers, 1.95% fee waivers, 1% rebate potential, 5 Spend AI licenses, and travel perks utilization.

5. General Terms

1. Airwallex reserves the right to suspend, vary, or terminate this Promotion and to amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final and binding.
3. Indemnification: Eligible Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Airwallex group and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, agents, and subcontractors from and against any loss, damage or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with any claims, actions, demands, suits or proceedings made against the Airwallex group by a third party or suffered by the Airwallex group in connection with or as a result of the Eligible Participants’ breach of these Terms, failure to comply with applicable law or the Eligible Participants’ use or misuse of the Promotion.
4. Airwallex will not accept any liability if any information submitted by any third party service providers, network providers, software and applications (including but not limited to Visa) to Airwallex has been delayed, lost, invalid or unidentifiable due to any technical problems of the computers or networks. 5. The eligibility of transactions for the purpose of the Promotion is determined by Airwallex in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time. Airwallex shall not be liable to determine the eligibility of any transactions for the Promotion before they are made by the Eligible Customer.
6. You may not use any other promotions, discounts or offers from us in conjunction with the Promotion, unless specified by Airwallex.
7. Eligible Transactions exclude transactions including but not limited to those expressly prohibited under and not supported by our Services pursuant to the Customer Agreements and/or the Acceptable Use Policy and transactions of similar nature. Eligible Transactions also exclude unposted, cancelled, suspended, refunded, unauthorized, charge back transactions and any other transaction as designated by Airwallex from time to time.
8. Cashbacks may be reversed if any Eligible Transactions (in full or in part) are subsequently cancelled, suspended, frozen or refunded. Airwallex also reserves the right to debit the Cashbacks from your account without prior notice where any fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct has occurred.

10. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
11. This Agreement will automatically terminate if your customer agreement with Airwallex is terminated for any reason.

Any personal information that you provide to us will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
