Reach Japanese shoppers with PayPay
PayPay is an e-wallet that allows customers to simply enter the amount they wish to pay or to scan a QR code with a price embedded in it. The mobile wallet enables users to make seamless and secure transactions through their smartphones by linking their bank accounts or credit cards to the PayPay app. As of 2023, PayPay has more than 61 million registered users and has become one of the most popular e-wallet in Japan.

Shopper experience
- After selecting PayPay as their payment method at checkout, shoppers will be redirected to the PayPay app or website to authorize the payment.
- Shoppers will log in to their PayPay account and confirm the transaction.
- Once the payment is authorized through the PayPay app, the transaction is instantly confirmed.
