Payment & Order Sequence

Configure whether orders are created before or after payment confirmation. There are two options here

1. Order first, then Payment confirmation
2. Payment first, then Order creation

We recommend using “Order first, then Payment confirmation” to ensure every payment corresponds to a valid order. Switching to “Payment first, then Order creation” may lead to unmatched payments.

Note: If you use payment methods that have pending status or take more time for payment confirmation, for e.g. Bank Transfers. “Order first, then Payment confirmation” will create orders with a pending payment status. You should wait for payment confirmation before fulfilling the orders
