“Jul-Aug 2025 Europe FX Campaign” Campaign Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the “Jul-Aug 2025 Europe FX Campaign” Incentive Campaign ("Campaign") offered by Airwallex (UK) Limited ("Airwallex," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the customer agreements between you ("Participant", “you”) and us ("Customer Agreements") regarding the use of our services ("Services") and shall be interpreted as such. Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Customer Agreements.

Promoter Details

Airwallex (UK) Limited (Labs House, 15-19 Bloomsbury Way, London WC1A 2TH, United Kingdom) is the promoter of this Campaign.

Eligibility Criteria

This Campaign will start at 00:00 BST on 23 July 2025 and will end at 23:59 BST on 31 August 2025 (“Campaign Period”). To be eligible for the Campaign, a Participant must satisfy all of the following conditions during the Campaign Period. A Participant who meets all the conditions and requirements under these Terms is an “Eligible Participant”.

For New Customers:

• The Participant has not signed up to an Airwallex account prior to participating in the Campaign.

• The Participant has used the Campaign link on the Airwallex website to successfully create an account with Airwallex (“Account Creation”).  

• The Participant has submitted to Airwallex all the know-your-customer (“KYC”) documentation as requested by Airwallex for purposes of Airwallex verifying the Participant’s business and has received a written KYC submission approval from Airwallex (“Approval”).

For Existing Customers:

• The Participant is an existing customer of Airwallex.

• The Participant is not subject to any outstanding know-your-customer (“KYC”) requests from Airwallex.

• The Participant has received an email invitation directly from Airwallex (“Invitation Email”) to participate in the Campaign or has used a link in the Airwallex webapp to access the Campaign (“Campaign Link”) (“Enrollment”).

• The Participant is or becomes a customer of Airwallex (UK) Limited.

• The Participant is in compliance with these Terms, the Customer Agreements and applicable laws. 

• The Participant has received written confirmation from Airwallex that they meet all the conditions and requirements set out herein.

Campaign Reward

• The Eligible Participant will be exempt from paying FX fees on GBP-pair FX Transactions booked through the Airwallex Platform up to an aggregate transaction value of £20,000 (“Reward”). Please note that the Reward will be provided using the form of a daily rebate. This means that FX fees will be charged initially for each transaction and refunded daily. 

• Airwallex will calculate the transaction value for the purpose of the Reward by converting the buy or sell currency amount to GBP at the prevailing FX rate at the date of booking.

• The Reward is only available for 30 days from either Approval for New Customers or Enrollment for Existing Customers  (“Reward Period”). After the Reward Period, the Reward is no longer available and any unused part of the Reward expires.

• Once the Reward Period expires, or the aggregate value of booked FX transactions has reached £20,000, or you are otherwise no longer an Eligible Participant (whichever occurs first), you will be charged standard rates as shown on our Fee Schedule available here, or at any other pricing that has been separately agreed upon between the Participant and Airwallex.

• The Reward is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is limited to one per Eligible Participant.

• During the Reward Period, other fees as set out in the Fee Schedule may apply depending on the Services you use. For example, if you book a FX Conversion as part of a Payout, Payout Fees may still apply.

Reward Conditions

• The Reward will only be activated in your Airwallex account after the relevant conditions are met.

• Any incomplete steps, such as incomplete KYC or the conditions or requirements herein, will disqualify the Participant from the Reward.

• Airwallex reserves the right to withhold the Reward in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of the Campaign or any breach by you of these Terms, the Customer Agreements or applicable laws.

• Airwallex reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time with notice.

Acceptance

By participating in this Campaign, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and the applicable terms in the Customer Agreements. Participation in the Campaign constitutes their acceptance of these terms. If a Participant does not agree to these terms, they must not participate in the Campaign. The Participant acknowledges that the provision of FX services in this offer is an unregulated service.

Exclusivity

This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, packages or promotions (as may be launched by Airwallex from time to time), unless specified by Airwallex in writing.

Rights Reserved

Airwallex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign as it deems necessary.

Use of Personal Information

Any personal information provided to Airwallex in connection with this Campaign will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Transferability

Participants may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

No Third-party Rights

These Terms create rights and obligations only between the Participant and Airwallex. No person other than the Participant and Airwallex will have any right under the Contracts or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Additional Terms

• Indemnification: The Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Airwallex, each other member of the Airwallex Group and their respective officers, directors, employees, advisors, agents and subcontractors (“Indemnified Persons”) from and against any loss, damage or expense (including attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with any claims, actions, demands, suits or proceedings made against any Indemnified Person by a third party or suffered by any Indemnified Person in connection with or as a result of the Participant’s breach of these Terms or the Customer Agreements, failure to comply with applicable law or the Participant’s use or misuse of the Campaign.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Airwallex nor any of its Affiliates will be liable to you, your Affiliates or any other person in relation to these Terms (during and after the term of these Terms), whether in contract, negligence, strict liability, tort or other legal or equitable theory, for losses, damages or costs. 

Conflict Resolution: In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Customer Agreement, these Terms shall prevail.
