FEDEX x AIRWALLEX PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS (the “Terms”)

1. The FEDEX x AIRWALLEX Promotional Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by Federal Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“FedEx”) and Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited (“Airwallex”). By participating in the Promotion by registering via these links: https://www.airwallex.com/hk-zh/partner/2022-fedex or https://www.airwallex.com/hk/partner/2022-fedex and/or receiving any reward as set out in paragraph 3 below, this indicates that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied in the following order:

• You have enrolled in the Promotion through a dedicated page for the Promotion at one of these links: https://www.airwallex.com/hk/partner/2022-fedex or https://www.airwallex.com/hk-zh/partner/2022-fedex during the Promotion Period (as defined below);
• At the time of your enrollment in the Promotion, you are not an existing customer of Airwallex and / or its affiliates (collectively the “Airwallex Group”) and you have not, at any time previous to your enrollment in the Promotion, been a customer of the Airwallex Group;
• You have signed up as a new customer of Airwallex and received the Airwallex Borderless Card upon successfully onboarded by Airwallex following satisfaction of all requirements from Airwallex (including the onboarding know-your-customers requests) (“Onboarding”);
• You use your Airwallex Borderless Card to pay for at least one FedEx shipment within 30 calendar days immediately after the date of your Onboarding with Airwallex (the “Transaction Requirement”);
• The Transaction Requirement must be satisfied before 31 January 2024; and
• You are a company incorporated in Hong Kong with a valid business registration certificate.

3. An Eligible Customer is entitled to a cash rebate (“Cashback”) in HKD equal to 10% of the amount of the FedEx shipments paid by you using your Airwallex Borderless Card during the Cashback Period (“Eligible Transactions”).

4. The “Cashback Period” is defined as the period of three consecutive calendar months in which the Transaction Requirement is satisfied in the first of those three months. For example, if you satisfy the Transaction Requirement on 30 September 2022, assuming that you satisfy all the other requirements set out in paragraph 2 above before such date, the Cashback Period commences on 1 September 2022 and ends on 30 November 2022 (both dates inclusive).

5. If an Eligible Customer: (i) at the time of its enrollment in the Promotion, is not an existing customer of FedEx and / or its affiliates (collectively the “FedEx Group”) and has not, at any time previous to its enrollment in the Promotion, been a customer of the FedEx Group; and (ii) has signed up as a new customer of FedEx through the dedicated FedEx page for the Promotion at one of these links: https://bit.ly/3MpelBr; https://bit.ly/3xbExtK ("Selected FedEx Customer”), such Selected FedEx Customer can enjoy a maximum of HKD1,000 Cashback each calendar month during the Cashback Period and a maximum total of HKD3,000 Cashback during the Cashback Period. If an Eligible Customer is not a Selected FedEx Customer (“Other FedEx Customer”), such Other FedEx Customer can enjoy a maximum of HKD800 Cashback each calendar month during the Cashback Period and a maximum total of HKD2,400 Cashback during the Cashback Period.

For instance, if the amount of Eligible Transactions in one calendar month during the Cashback Period is HKD2,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)), the Eligible Customer (either a Selected FedEx Customer or an Other FedEx Customer) will receive HKD200 Cashback for that calendar month. If the amount of Eligible Transactions made by an Eligible Customer in one calendar month during the Cashback Period is HKD15,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)): (i) if such Eligible Customer is a Selected FedEx Customer, it will receive HKD1,000 Cashback; or (ii) if such Eligible Customer is an Other FedEx Customer, it will receive HKD800 Cashback.

6. This Promotion commences on 14 June 2022 and ends on 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

7. The Cashback will be credited by the end of the calendar month immediately following the month in the relevant Eligibility Transactions are made.

8. During the Promotion Period and the relevant Cashback Period, in case of any fraud, abuse, reversal, cancellation or chargeback of transactions in respect of which the Cashback is awarded, Airwallex reserves the right to debit the Cashback from the Eligible Customer’s Airwallex account without prior notice.

9. The Cashback cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Airwallex from time to time, unless specified by Airwallex. The Cashback cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Airwallex.

10. FedEx and Airwallex reserve the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and any arrangement of this Promotion, limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability.

11. FedEx and Airwallex reserve the right to refuse any Eligible Customers their participation in the Promotion for any reason and without any notice.

12. Airwallex will process personal information in accordance with Airwallex’s privacy policy . In addition, by participating in the Promotion, you expressly consent that any personal information that you provide, may be shared between FedEx and Airwallex for purposes of the Promotion and all related administrative actions in connection therewith.

13. These Terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong. In case of any dispute, the decision of FedEx and/or Airwallex shall be final and conclusive.

15. The Chinese version of these Terms is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
