These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions of your participation in the Airwallex Annual Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) operated by Airwallex US, LLC (“Airwallex”, “us”, “our” or “we”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Airwallex Service Agreement (available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms/airwallex-service-agreement), which, along with other terms and conditions between you and Airwallex, govern the use of the Airwallex platform.

Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

The Promotion is available to new U.S. customers of Airwallex. Airwallex reserves the right to determine who is invited to participate in the Promotion.

What is the Promotion?

Eligible Airwallex customers (“customers” or “you”) are eligible to receive a discount of fifty percent (50%) from the standard customer markup/margin fees charged by Airwallex for spot FX transactions (the “FX Fees”) you make using the Airwallex FX service for the three (3) calendar months after you have passed Airwallex’s KYC (“Know Your Customer”) requirements and successfully created your Airwallex Account (the “FX Promotional Period”) . This discount will be structured as a monthly reimbursement to you of the total amount of the discount applied to the FX Fees charged to you in the calendar month preceding each reimbursement (each such reimbursement, an “FX Fee Credit”), up to a total of USD $500 for the duration of the FX Promotional Period.

When will you receive the FX Fee Credit?

An FX Fee Credit will appear in your Wallet within 30 days after the last day of the calendar month in which FX Fees are applied. FX Fees vary based on the currency being converted (the “Settlement Currency”).

What are some other restrictions you should know about?

You may not use any other promotions, discounts or offers from us in conjunction with the Promotion, unless agreed to in writing by Airwallex. The Promotion does not extend to any customer mark-up/margin or other mark-up/margin that may be applicable in connection with customers approved to make FX Conversions through a Lock FX or Forward Contract (as applicable). The FX Fee Credit may be reversed if corresponding FX transactions, respectively, are declined or unauthorized, fall outside of the permitted uses set forth by us or our applicable partners (as may be set forth in their respective terms and conditions), or are canceled, suspended, frozen, charged back, reversed or refunded, or if you breach these Terms or any other terms or conditions applicable to your use of your Wallet or Airwallex Account, or the Airwallex Platform (whether with Airwallex or one or more of its partners). Each Airwallex customer shall be limited to a total of USD $500 in FX Fee Credits, even if multiple accounts or sub-accounts are created.

Termination and changes

The Promotion expires on December 31, 2023, 23:59 PST unless extended or shortened by Airwallex. Your participation in the Promotion is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time in Airwallex’s sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

Airwallex, acting reasonably, may at any time and without prior notice, cancel, suspend, or change the Promotion or any part of it where it becomes necessary to do so. For example, if we determine that the Promotion is no longer commercially feasible or because it may violate any applicable laws or regulations. Such discontinuation, suspension or change will not affect any statement credits already earned.

Further, Airwallex reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel offering the Promotion to you if we suspect that you are using the Promotion, or the Airwallex Platform in a fraudulent or unlawful manner or for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

If Airwallex reasonably believes a change to any part of the Promotion will have a detrimental impact on you, Airwallex will provide you with 14 days’ notice of such change, at our sole discretion:

• via the Airwallex website;
• via the Airwallex Webapp;
• by direct electronic communications sent to you.

Privacy & Security

Any personal information that you provide to us will be used in accordance with the Airwallex Services Agreement, and the privacy policies available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms/privacy-policy, as applicable.
