1% International Spend Card Cashback Promotion

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 1% Card Cashback Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Airwallex (New Zealand) Limited FSP1001602 ("Airwallex," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Customer Agreements between you ("Participant") and us ("Customer Agreements") regarding the use of our services ("Services") and shall be interpreted as such. Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Customer Agreements.

1. Promoter Details

Airwallex (New Zealand) Limited, NZBN 9429048910057, located at Suite 303 Level 3, 87 Albert Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, is the promoter of this Promotion.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:

• be a new Customer of Airwallex with a valid NZBN;

• have enrolled in the Promotion on the Airwallex webapp through a unique link provided by Airwallex;

• have completed the sign-up process and been onboarded by Airwallex following satisfaction of all requirements (including the onboarding KYC requests);

• be an active business customer transacting with an Airwallex-issued debit card; and

• use the card to make eligible international purchases during the Promotion Period.

Airwallex reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Promotion Details

Participants in this Promotion will benefit from:

• 1% cashback on international transactions made using Airwallex card:

  • Eligible Customers will be entitled to receive a cash rebate (“Cashback”) equal to one (1) percent of all your eligible international transactions made using the Airwallex Card during the Promotion Period. 

  • The Cashback will be calculated in the transaction currency. If the transaction currency is not the same as your billing currency, the Cashback will be converted at the prevailing FX Exchange Rate (as defined in our Treasury Management Terms) into your billing currency on the last date of the relevant month when the international transactions took place, before it is credited to your account.

  • The Cashback applies to both Company and Employee cards linked to the Participant’s account.

4. Promotion Period and Expiration

For each Participant, the cashback benefits will apply for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment in the Promotion.

This Promotion will remain open to sign-ups until the earlier of:

• 3 months from the Promotion start date; or

• the "Expiration Date", being the date specified on the Promotion landing page or sign-up page,

unless otherwise extended or shortened as notified by Airwallex.

Airwallex reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel, suspend, or amend this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard Airwallex fees as published in our Fee Schedule continue to apply to your transactions during the Promotion.

6. Cost of Participation

There is no cost to participate in this Promotion.

7. Exclusivity

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless expressly stated by Airwallex.

8. Rights Reserved

Airwallex reserves the right to withhold or cancel cashback if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms, have acted fraudulently, or are misusing the Promotion. Participation is not guaranteed and is subject to Airwallex's discretion.

9. Transferability

Participants may not transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Airwallex’s prior written consent.

10. No Third-party Rights

These Terms create rights and obligations only between you and Airwallex. No third party shall have any right to enforce or benefit from them.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

12. Use of Personal Information

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Airwallex’s Privacy Policy.

13. Indemnification

Eligible Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airwallex and its affiliates against any loss, liability, or cost resulting from a breach of these Terms or misuse of the Promotion.

14. Conflict Resolution

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your Customer Agreement with Airwallex, these Terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
