What is a multi-currency card?
A multi-currency card allows users to make payments in multiple foreign currencies from held balances in an associated account. It can be used to pay for goods and services whereever traditional credit and debit cards are accepted online.
Airwallex Borderless Cards are issued by Visa and can be used whereever Visa payments are accepted.

How long does it take to open an Airwallex account?
It will take you less than 15 minutes to complete our online application and submit all required business verification documents. In general, your account will be activated in 1-2 business days after your documents have been submitted. In the event of a missing document, our team will contact you by email to request additional information.
20% Cash Rebate on Agoda
How do I apply for the 20% cash rebate?
You will receive a Go Global campaign invitation email on the day of account activation. Please submit the campaign enrolment form to enrol for your company. You shall receive a successful registration email with clear instructions on how to earn the rebate shortly after submission. If you have any questions, please contact your Product Specialist and they shall assist you with your enrolment.
Once my Airwallex account has been activated, will I be able to earn cash rebate straight away?
You will receive a Go Global campaign invitation email on the day of account activation. Please submit the campaign enrolment form to enrol for your company. I have submitted the enrolment form yesterday but haven’t received the confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders. It's possible that the email we tried to send you was caught by a spam or bulk mail filter in your email system. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to your Product Specialist for help. We’re more than happy to assist.
I received an enrolment failure email. What should I do?
You might receive an enrolment failure email if you entered a wrong email or company name in your enrolment form. In that case, please resubmit your enrolment form with the right credentials you used when applying for an Airwallex account. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to your Product Specialist for help. We’re more than happy to assist.
How much cash rebate can I earn in this promotion?
All successful and eligible applicants will receive a 20% cash rebate (capped at HK$2,000 per employee cards, and HK$10,000 per account) for the eligible Agoda card spend (after discount) made via https://www.agoda.com/airwallex with the Airwallex Borderless card from 1 December 2022 to 31 March 2023, and for journey that completes before 31 May 2023. Who is eligible to earn the 20% cash rebate?
This offer is open to new Airwallex customers in Hong Kong who signed up for a free Airwallex business account and Airwallex Borderless card(s) between 1 December 2022 and 28 February 2023.
