Date of agreement(s) | The Payments Terms (“Agreement”) is effective upon the date you agree to it (including by electronic means) and continues so long as you use the Service or until terminated by you or Airwallex. |

Cancellation of agreement(s) and any applicable penalties | You may terminate the Agreement by closing your Airwallex Account in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. You can do this by following the instructions in the Webapp or by emailing us at [email protected]. There are no penalties for termination. However, termination does not alter your liability for processed payments or related chargebacks. We may terminate this Agreement and close your Airwallex account at any time for any reason effective upon providing you notice in accordance with the Agreement. See clause 21 of the Agreement for information on termination. |

Code of Conduct for the Payment Card Industry in Canada | The Code of Conduct provides increased pricing transparency, flexibility, and choice for merchants with respect to accepting payment cards. It sets out several rights that merchants have in relation to their agreements and their statements for payment card processing services. All payment card networks operating in Canada have adopted the Code. More information about the Code of Conduct can be found on the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada's website. |

^ The Success Fee is charged (i) when the Customer challenges a Chargeback request by filing a dispute report with the assistance of the AI Dispute Automation Product and (ii) the challenge is accepted and the disputed amount is paid out to the Customer.
