Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the NZ Debit Card Sign-up Bonus Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Airwallex (New Zealand) Limited FSP1001602 ("Airwallex," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Customer Agreements between you ("Participant") and us ("Customer Agreements") regarding the use of our services ("Services") and shall be interpreted as such. Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Customer Agreements.

1. Promoter Details

Airwallex (New Zealand) Limited NZBN 9429048910057, located at Suite 303 Level 3, 87 Albert Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, is the promoter of this Promotion.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion ("Eligible Customer"), you must, during the Promotion Period:

  • hold a valid NZBN

  • (in the case of a new customer) sign up for an Airwallex account using the designated enrolment link provided by Airwallex or (in the case of an existing customer) enrol into the Promotion using the designated enrolment link provided by Airwallex;

  • be either:

  1. a new customer of Airwallex, or

  2. an existing customer of Airwallex who has never completed a card transaction or any other form of transactions on the Airwallex platform;

  • spend a minimum of NZ$5,000 (inclusive of domestic and international spend) using an Airwallex-issued debit card within 90 days from the date of enrolment into the Promotion.

  • (in the case of a new customer) have completed the Airwallex’s customer sign-up process and been onboarded by Airwallex following satisfaction of all requirements (including the onboarding KYC requests)

Airwallex reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility under these Terms.

3. Promotion Details

Eligible Customers will receive a one-off bonus of NZ$250, which will be credited to their Airwallex account after successful completion of all eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 2. The bonus will be credited within 30 days of meeting the criteria but may be delayed where further verification is required.

4. Promotion Period and Expiration

The Promotion will be available from 26 May 2025 until 31 July 2025 ("Expiration Date"), unless otherwise extended, shortened, or withdrawn by Airwallex. Only transactions and sign-ups occurring during the Promotion Period will be considered for eligibility.

5. Fees

Unless otherwise agreed with you in writing, our standard fees, as outlined in our Fee Schedule, will apply.

6. Cost of Participation

There is no cost to participate in this Promotion.

7. Exclusivity

This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, packages, or promotions unless expressly stated by Airwallex.

8. Rights Reserved

Airwallex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Promotion is not guaranteed and may be revoked at Airwallex's absolute discretion. We may withhold or cancel the bonus if we reasonably suspect you are abusing or misusing the Promotion, acting fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms or any Customer Agreement.

9. Transferability

You may not transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

10. No Third-party Rights

These Terms create rights and obligations only between you and Airwallex. No third party will have any rights to enforce or benefit from these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

12. Use of Personal Information

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Indemnification

Eligible Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Airwallex group and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, agents, and subcontractors from and against any loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with any breach of these Terms, applicable law, or misuse of the Promotion.

14. Conflict Resolution

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Customer Agreements, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
