Mention of Airwallex in sign-up flow

If the Accounts API is used for Native Onboarding of the Connected Account, the Platform's user interfaces must display a link to the correct terms of use for Connected Accounts. This is not required in deployments of Hosted & embedded flows where the Platform explicitly chooses for Airwallex to host the consent collection.

The Platform is required to log the acceptance of the Connected Account of the terms and conditions. The log should store the date and time the Connected Account has accepted the terms and conditions in the Platform's own database. T&C acceptance can be passed through Accounts API

Terms & Conditions links

Terms & conditions links can either redirect the user to a page hosted by the Platform, or terms pages directly hosted by Airwallex.

If a Platform chooses to host the terms & conditions pages, the following specification should be met:

For certain revenue models, Airwallex will require a link to a detailed fee schedule to also be embedded within these terms. This will be highlighted to applicable Platforms before go-live, the requirement applies.

Mention of Airwallex in footer

For connected accounts onboarded to the Airwallex UK, NL and SG entities, the Platform's user interfaces should include a footer per the following specification.

This footer should be shown to end users on all pages where services presented are regulated and supported by Airwallex.
