Transfer to Card is currently in beta and available to Platforms only. Please reach out to your Airwallex account manager if you would like to join the beta.
Airwallex supports platforms payout to Visa and Mastercard cards, expanding its payout network beyond bank accounts and digital wallets. Transfers to card let you disburse funds directly to a recipient's card, which is especially useful for paying sellers, gig workers, and contractors in regions where obtaining a bank account can be difficult.
By clicking on the card network names or the subpages on the left menu, you can find the network-specific guides which provide an overview of payout capabilities, specific beneficiary detail requirements, and other key considerations.
To create a transfer with our Transfer API endpointsAPI, please specify the beneficiary type as CARD. For the full request requirements of each card network, see our dynamic schemaAPI.
