The eps (electronic payment standard) is a secure online payment method offered by the Austrian banks. It enables shoppers to pay for purchases with their own trusted online banking services easily and quickly. By integrating eps, merchants get access to more than 3 million Austrian online banking customers. The system is supported by all major banks in Austria and consumers do not have to separately register as they are automatically enrolled through their bank.
