Why your application may be unable to proceed?
To meet our internal and external obligations there are certain restrictions upon which we may be unable to proceed with your application to activate payment methods.
- Your business operations are outside of our Acceptable Use Policy (see https://www.airwallex.com/terms/acceptable-use-policy ).
- Your application may not meet the requirements of our payment partners or our internal policies. This could be due to Card Scheme regulations that Airwallex is required to comply with.
- Airwallex may be unable to onboard a merchant that falls outside of our internal risk policies.
Why are certain Payment Methods not available?
In certain cases where your application is approved we may not be able to provide access to certain payment methods you have requested. These are due to the requirements placed on us by our Payment Partners.
