Compliance and Outsourcing requirements

Airwallex's Embedded Finance offerings allow Platforms to design and offer financial products to their customers without having to build core underlying infrastructure.

As a regulated entity, Airwallex is required to comply with regulatory obligations. Such regulatory obligations require us to put requirements on Platforms. These requirements need to be met before go-live, and will also be continually monitored by Airwallex after go-live.

In this section, we provide a view of some of the applicable requirements when you leverage Airwallex's Embedded Finance propositions. The documentation of requirements in this section is non-exhaustive as it only includes a sub-set of our requirements.

This documentation is not meant to replace, amend or supplement any contractual documentation including, but not limited to, outsourcing agreements and the Master Services Agreement that Platforms sign with Airwallex.
