Introducing Connected Account Console: a unified operational solution for embedded finance
In this article

Embedded finance – directly integrating payments and financial services into platforms – transforms how businesses deliver value.  As a category on the rise, the global embedded finance market is projected to more than double from $264 billion USD in 2021 to $606 billion USD in 20251.

Yet for many platform teams, launching embedded financial services remains complex and resource-intensive. Operational challenges often stand in the way of delivering a smooth, scalable experience to end users. Today, platform teams face a range of issues when managing embedded finance products:

  • Limited visibility: Operational teams often lack a consolidated view of all onboarded accounts. This makes monitoring account activity and resolving issues difficult without relying on API calls or external support teams.

  • Inefficient onboarding: End users often get stuck in lengthy processes like Know-Your-Customer (KYC) or Requests for Information (RFI), which can delay onboarding. This can lead to end-user frustration and slow adoption of embedded services.

  • Lack of understanding of account activity: Platforms can’t always view in detail what their end users’ balances and activity look like post-onboarding, resulting in a lack of ability to tailor offerings proactively.

We’re pleased to introduce Connected Account Console, a centralized, web-based portal designed to help platform teams onboard, monitor, and manage connected accounts and deliver embedded financial services more efficiently.

One dashboard for all accounts

With Connected Account Console, operational teams can access a single, self-serve interface to view and manage every connected account. This allows platforms to operate more efficiently, without relying on external third parties for the most up-to-date information.

Track and accelerate onboarding

Track onboarding statuses in real time, including KYC verification status and any pending RFIs. Platform operations teams can even respond to RFIs on behalf of end users, helping to speed up the process and improve the overall user experience so that you can accelerate adoption.

Understand account activity in real time

In addition to streamlining onboarding, platforms can use the Connected Account Console to access real-time and historical balance data for their connected accounts. This allows platforms to gain greater insight into their end users' activity and tailor offerings to better suit their needs.

Get started with Connected Account Console today

Phase one of Connected Account Console is now live and available to all platform customers. Additional features will be added soon, including conversion and transfer transactions, Global Account visibility, and more.
