Through Airwallex's embedded finance platform, you may deliver financial capabilities to your customers in a very wide range of markets, leveraging Airwallex's extensive license coverage, market-leading network of financial rails, as well as our localized Operations, Legal and Compliance teams.

Connected accounts coverage

The below markets are the ones where you may onboard connected accounts. Creating connected accounts for your customers is not always required. This will be assessed by Airwallex based on the planned funds flow on your Platform, and other local regulatory constraints.

The connected account country refers to the country of the business's registration address.

Global Accounts coverage

You can create Global Accounts in the following regions and currencies, and receive bank transfers via local payment methods and/or SWIFT. You can also use Global Accounts to authorize direct debit payouts to recipients of your choice. Please refer to the table below:

• Denmark: Not available to customers of Airwallex Lithuania, UAB
• Netherlands: Not available to HK/CN-domiciled customers of Airwallex Hong Kong
• Philippines: 10 million PHP per transaction limit for PESONet
• Poland: Only available to customers of Airwallex (UK) Ltd and Airwallex (Netherlands) B.V.
• United Arab Emirates: Not available to customers based in UAE
• United States: FedNow and RTP are available only for eligible customers, subject to approval

Linked Accounts coverage

Based on your registered region of operations, you can set up external local bank accounts as Linked Accounts for two purposes:

• Add funds to your Wallet via direct debit from your external bank account in supported regions and currencies
• Fulfill compliance requirements in order to receive and payout funds under certain circumstances

Payouts coverage

Airwallex currently supports local and SWIFT payouts over 200 countries/regions and over 90 currencies, and continues to expand its coverage. By connecting to local clearing systems in over 110 countries and regions, Airwallex offers local payouts which are faster and more cost-effective in comparison to SWIFT.

FX coverage

Airwallex currently has the capability to transact in nearly 1,000 currency pairs across 64 currencies - a capability that is constantly improving. Some of the pairs are freely traded which means we are able to price and execute on both sides of the trade, whereas pairs that contain a currency with additional constraints are considered exotic currency pairs.

You can use supported currencies API to get a list of currencies you can buy or sell.

Buy and sell amounts are rounded to the nearest unit based on a currency's decimals defined by ISO 4217 .
