Built Wegrow's Finance Function From Scratch and Raised Over €10M as Revenue Grew Eightfold
Wegrow is a Paris-based Series A AI SaaS platform helping global organisations capture and scale proven best practices; Beakhouse joined as its sole finance hire when annual revenue stood at €500K. As the only finance employee, he built the entire function from the ground up: full internal and external reporting packs, SaaS metrics, payroll, variable compensation structures, and accounting systems for two entities.
He has raised over €10M in funding, managing pitch decks, investor due diligence, and board materials, while cutting the cost base by one-third to steer the business toward profitability. He initiated and now leads Wegrow's B Corp certification, which has deepened client relationships and supported talent acquisition, and deploys AI tools to automate investor reporting and reduce external legal spend.
Revenue has grown more than eightfold over his tenure; beyond Wegrow, Beakhouse angel invests, volunteers for Partners in Food Solutions, mentors finance leaders, and founded ImpactBoost to connect startups with nonprofits.
