Built the Operating System That Delivered SnapLogic's First Profitable Quarter
SnapLogic is a pre-IPO enterprise integration and agentic AI platform backed by Sixth Street, Arrowroot, and Vitruvian. Under Agrawal's oversight, the company delivered its first profitable quarter: margins expanded, retention improved, and high ARR growth continued. He established driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, cash modelling, and performance accountability, while redesigning sales commissions to reward high-quality growth.
He also developed three AI initiatives embedded into operating reviews: Jean-Paul, a governed enterprise reasoning layer that answers questions and executes workflows across business systems; Project Delta, which identifies underpriced accounts and ranks expansion opportunities; and Sonar, which surfaces renewal risks early. Together, these tools help teams shift from retrospective reporting to proactive action.
Previously, Agrawal helped drive Uber's hypergrowth, then took Poshmark public and served as its public-company CFO, building deep experience across scale, capital allocation, and public markets.
Finance is one of the most under-leveraged growth levers a startup has.
The best finance leaders don't just keep the books. They extend runway,
structure capital that changes what a company can do next, and build the
systems that let it scale across borders.
Startup Finance 30 is the first list built to recognise that work.
Beginning in 2026 and continuing annually, we name 30 finance leaders at
venture-backed, globally ambitious startups. The operators shaping how the
next generation of companies grow.

No. It's free to enter, and recognition is earned on merit.
