For local payouts to Colombia, you will need to provide ID number and email/mobile number as part of beneficiary information:

Tax

The Colombian government sets a 0.40% tax (Gravamen a los Movimientos Financieros: Tax on Financial Operations) per transaction, which is collected as part of transfer fees. Learn more about financial transaction taxes here .
