Re-trigger webhook events

Re-triggering a webhook lets you re-deliver an event that already occurred. This is useful if you missed the event due to downtime, are debugging your integration, or need to confirm idempotent handling.

To re-trigger webhook events:

  1. Log in to the Airwallex web app and select Settings > Developer > Events.
  2. Retrieve the failed events using the Status filter. You can also use other filters to further narrow down your results.
  3. Select a webhook event or multiple events and click Re-trigger. The retriggered event(s) will be added to the end of a queue managed by Airwallex.
  4. Refresh the page after a few minutes to see the re-triggered event(s) at the top of the updated list.
